Zip wire with the kids
Really enjoyed the two zip wire rides. Everyone are so friendly. They must meet so many people but still make you feel your their first customer of the day. From checking in to the bus driver everyone were lovely. Def be back one day to try something else. My advise.. just do it. I don't like heights but this is something totally different and you'll love it!

Zip world is AMAZING!
Zip world is AMAZING!! Worth every penny and the staff are incredible- special shout out to Emily and the lovely man who was doing the yo-yo (as he called it) runs up and down the quarry that day. It is NOT scary, no lurch no rollercoaster feeling - just an amazing gliding/flying feeling - i was terrified at first and the staff was so encouraging, calmed me down and got me down the big one and all cheered me when I’d done it! And I’m SO happy and thankful to them as it was one of the best experiences of my life. We both received our emails with all media attached (2 videos and 29 photos each) before we’d even left the carpark. All our thanks from Lucy and Chad (9:40am group 9/7/22) ??

P.S If you have a dog with you there is doggy day care on site - Charlie looked after our pup and she was very happy

Constructive critisism........
Myself and my 2 daughters spent a week at Zipworld bonding and rekindling our relationships, it was wonderful. We enjoyed Velocity 2 numerous times and the Karting. I'd have rated 5 stars however they lost my video footage from the karting and refused point blank to refund me so it did put a dampener on things a bit. Considering how much we spent on rides and merchandise to be refused a refund on mere video footage was ridiculous. Once we returned home I contacted customer services online who were appalled I didn't receive refund but issued it straight away without question. This of course should have happened at reception. Sort your staff training out please as those who are experienced in customer service like the wonderful Laurie are simply magical!!!!!

We just returned from Zip World
We just returned from Zip World in Snowdonia. We tried many activities and would like to say many thanks to all staff. I don’t know what criteria been used to find staff but all were amazing, polite and helpful. I would give 10 mln. stars for making us feel safe, comfortable and smile. It was a great adventure!
I can see many reviews about cameras and recordings. We didn’t receive few as well. But we looking to that positive and the most important we had safe and joyful experience with a hint of adrenaline.
People, be positive and happy and I believe they will solve cameras issues.
Anyway the best cameras in the world are your eyes and the best video is your memory ;)
Enjoy life :)

Zipworld runs a scam where they offer…
Zipworld runs a scam where they offer you camera and video footages that charges extra and makes you believe they will email you within 24 hours of your experience and you get nothing.
If you look forward for this adventure just because you think it will be recorded then you’re in for a disappointment.
The crew members double and triple check the cameras, scan them and do all the stuff to assure you it’s all good but that’s all just to show you it’s working, they don’t even record the footage of your experience.
They don’t get back to you in 24 hours or 48 hours or a week unless you call them relentlessly thinking your video must be there somewhere.
All they do is apologise and say they’re sorry for it.
What’s their gain? They receive the full amount for the adventure and at the most if you cry over it they will say they can refund you the camera money.
It’s a win win situation for them as they made money and a total loss for us thinking we’ll be carrying the footages with us.
If you want to capture your experience, I recommend you to visit any other zipline apart from the one in Penrhyn Quarry.
Imagine my situation where I travel from Dubai to Wales for this experience, carry this heavy non-working camera on my head and they say they didn’t record anything and simply be sorry for it.
Customer satisfaction is not their criteria, it’s all about getting more people by assuring camera and video footages.
Terrible experience will never recommend.

Extremely bad service
Extremely bad service. The video recording and extra charges are scam it seems, they know tourists won’t return hence they promise videos to be sent in 24 hours if not then 72 hours. Since many tourists don’t follow up, zipline thinks they can scam everyone.

Don’t trust what they tell you and…
Don’t trust what they tell you and forget about the video, they will promise a video of your experience for £15 and later after a week they will refund the 15 pounds saying your video file is corrupted or similar reasons. Experience is not worth the money you pay. Bogus Alert!!

Zipline (Penrhyn Quarry)
What solution do you give to the tourists who go back happy thinking they will recieve the footages in 24 hours?
When called they say it takes upto 72 hours again you call up and they say we are sorry the video was not recorded .Scamming people to pay extra for video and photos and simply be sorry and refuse to refund the full amount citing its the third party .It is our responsibility to look into the third party or the company's responsibility who we pay to ?.

Very unhappy
My sister was happy to be a part only because she was promised videos and photos.
They did not even bother to get in touch to let her know the video was not recorded.
It’s been 10 days and they just don’t bother. Zipline needs to be focusing on the customer service rather than the money and fake promises.

I have booked a zip line ride for my…
I have booked a zip line ride for my sister who came all the way from Dubai. She as a social media Influencer who needed a content and went on with the ride because of the video footage option. Unfortunately there is no video after 72hours and they keep on disconnecting the call when we try to reach out to them. Such a pathetic service…They are attracting people by offering video footage on an additional charge and refund the video charge after the ride(£107in total). Disgusting strategy. They know the tourists wouldn’t chase them. Total waste of our time and money. It shows they are the fastest zip line in the world but didn’t know they are “Poorest service provider in the world”

Large family weekend.
Large family weekend.
Staff mostly polite.
However while in the restaurant at the main velocity site, I witnessed a senior member of staff bullying another staff member in front of other staff and costumers. I have complained to zip world management.
However I would love to hear from anyone else that may have witnessed this or other bullying within the company as I feel this was not the first time, and it is not being taken serious.

Went to book what felt like an already…
Went to book what felt like an already expensive experience (forest coaster) to find a £3.50 booking fee in addition to the already expensive £27 per child.
Did not continue with the booking, unjustifiable!

Great Zip, but overpriced
We booked Velocity2, for 4 of us, the zip was a great experience, The first zip gives you a huge jolt at the end as you don't slow down, only 2 downsides, the lorry that takes you to the top was horrible, and the last I do not believe it was worth the £100+ we paid per ticket.

Velocity 2 amazing experience but very…
UPDATE - spoke to Jamie from REVL, what amazing customer service, he scrolled right through all the footage from that day, found my video and emailed it to be within the hour. So helpful, big thank you to him. My wrist band had not be scanned properly at reception at time of checking in. Since then zip world have also been in touch and sent me my footage. Velocity 2 amazing experience but very let down at not receiving the video footage which I paid extra for. Contacted zip world unable to help as it’s a separate company who does the recordings, told someone may be in touch within a week. Strongly advise you check before leaving the site that your experience has been recorded.

Family of four eldest 12 youngest 9
Family of four eldest 12 youngest 9. What an amazing place we did Tree hoppers Tree nets and the purchased on the day the Coaster ride Brilliant day out great value for money.
Staff were all fantastic helpfull and accommodating throughout from instructors to staff in the visitor centre, carpark and cafe. Couldn't fault this place. Thank you ?
